Our Philosophy

At The Musical Jewellery Box, we value your custom, feel free to contact us any time during normal business hours, Monday to Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time. We're here from 9:00 in the morning until 4:00 PM.

We ship our jewellery music boxes daily by Australia Post or Courier, all orders received before 11:00 AM will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery Times

Sydney delivery takes 1-2 days, 3-4 days for Melbourne and Brisbane if we receive your order before 11:00 AM. For all other Australian cities, please check with Australia Post for delivery times ex Sydney. Please note that during January we will only ship on Mondays.
